10-Pin Bowling Challenge

As we celebrate DOCWA’s 50th year, it’s time to revive a little friendly rivalry from decades gone by!

The British Motorcycle Enthusiasts Club (BMEC) has thrown down the gauntlet and challenged DOCWA to a 10-Pin Bowling Showdown at Rosemount Bowl.

 Wednesday 18 November 2026
 6:30 PM
 Rosemount Bowl

For those who remember the good old days, this harks back to a time when DOCWA, BMEC and Bikes Unlimited battled it out on the cricket pitch at Mogumber, Jennacubbine and countless overnighters. Whether it was cricket matches, sausage sizzles, charity fundraisers or club events, the rivalry was always fierce—but the camaraderie even stronger.

Now, in our 50th year, we’re rolling back the clock and renewing those club traditions, this time with bowling balls instead of cricket bats!

Whether you’re a seasoned bowler, a complete novice, or just keen to catch up with fellow motorcyclists and club members, come along and support the DOCWA team.

 Will DOCWA claim bragging rights?
Can BMEC back up the challenge?
 Will old rivalries be rekindled?

There’s only one way to find out!

All members, friends and supporters are welcome.
