Motorcycling can be dangerous and life threatening, especially riding on public roads with all the risks and uncertainties this introduces.
And while DOCWA’s officers and committee members will do their best to ensure a safe and fun experience for all, you participate in DOCWA events at your own discretion and your own risk. By attending or participating in a DOCWA event you are acknowledging this danger and accepting the risk.
You also agree to indemnify, hold harmless and release DOCWA, its officers, volunteers, agents and members (indemnities) against any actions, costs losses or claims arising out of or related to your injury or death, loss or damage caused to you or your equipment however arising (losses) and agree to release the all and each of indemnities to the full extent permitted by law from all liability to you for losses arising directly or indirectly as a result of any act or omission of all or any of the indemnities or which is connected to your presence or involvement in the DOCWA club activity.
DOCWA may introduce additional rules or conditions of participation for certain events. If this is the case, they will be separately communicated to participants.
