The Club Constitution was amended at the February 2026 Special General Meeting to reflect changes to the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA). The amendment identifies the Secretary as the Club’s designated executive officer responsible for lodging the Association’s Annual Information Statement and other statutory returns with Consumer Protection. This administrative change ensures the Constitution remains compliant with current legislation and does not alter the way the Club is governed or how committee decisions are made.
